Conditions:
1. Bachelor or Master Degree, native English speaker.
2. Initial contract length is for one academic year.
3.16 teaching periods per week are required (45 minutes each period).
4. Students proficiency: English major students.
5. Class size: 25-45 students.
6. Courses are taught: oral, composition, literature, and readings.
University will offer textbooks, teacher’s books and general syllabus about the classes and the teachers need to make teaching schedule in details according to them.
Party A’s Offers
1. Monthly salary: RMB 5000. It should be paid during the 12th to the 15th day of every month. The teacher is responsible to pay some required income taxes levied by the Chinese government. If the teacher works less than 15 days, it should be paid half the salary, if more than 15 days, it should be paid the full salary.
2. Travel allowance: The University will pay 4000 Yuan RMB for the travel allowance after the teacher fulfills his /her duties in ten months.
3. International airfare: A one-way ticket to the University is offered, and it should be paid by the invoice or the ticket. A one-way ticket back to the hometown should be purchased by the University. University will be responsible to send a school car to the airport for the first coming.
4. Accommodation: A free furnished apartment (with air conditioner, essential furniture, kitchen, bathroom, etc.) will be offered by University. And University will be responsible for the water, electricity, internet (on the campus), gas and phone bill (EXCEPT INTERNATIONAL CALLS).
5. Visa consideration: University will pay the cost of the residence permit during the contract and renewal contract. And the teachers will pay the cost of visa for personal reasons and the cost of the working visa and the visa coming to China.
6. Medical Expenses: University will purchase insurance that named Comprehensive Insurance & Protection Scheme for Foreigners Staying in China of Tai Kang life Insurance Company, Ltd. During the contract（within the border of the Chinese mainland）the insurance will undertake the following insurance liabilities, including death insurance, accidental disability, medical insurance for accidental injury and hospitalization and medical insurance. The cost of the above will be executed in accordance with the insurance.
7. All the expenses of the kids will be the teacher’s responsibilities.
